Kimmie healed

I forgot to mention that on Sunday my friend Kimmie experienced a miracle. Two weeks ago she broke a bone in her wrist, so it was in a splint, and hurting all the time. But Kolaba prayed for her wrist, and it was healed. She took off the splint and moved her wrist around without pain -- even the dark purple bruises went away.

I've seen people be 'healed' before, but I didn't know them and there was always that doubt in my mind -- they could be faking, after all. But I know Kimmie, and she wasn't faking. So that was another reason my faith has grown recently.

faith healing happens in all religions- God's will or psychosomatic healing...call it what you will...
the brain can make the body sick or can heal itself- you just gotta tap into the right centers in the brain, and prayer is a great way to do so..

I think it has to do with both -- I think our spirits have more control over our bodies than even the mind does, and I also believe that God moves separate from our own spiritual abilities; God's will and psychosomatic healing.

Very glad to hear that things are going well in your spiritual life. Not enough people believe in such things to post about it. I'm glad you are not one to talk yourself out of things when you see them happening.

Thank you for sharing this. *hugs*

Well, I used to talk myself out of it all the time -- but I've learned to resist the urge to be cynical. It's amazing how you grow when you are openminded enough to say "maybe" instead of saying, "I haven't experienced it so it can't be true."

Thank you for the acknowledgement. ;-) *hugs back*
